Always return the configured response — health, constants, stable fixtures.

Relative

Render JSON with tokens from the request and API-local data.

Simulation

Run a function for branching, validation, and computed responses.

Product-owned package simulators ship their own logic and data. This core stays zero runtime dependencies and does not load fixtures from disk or Memorix.
